Reborn Products was formed just one year following its parent company Bye Bye Bed – the ethical mattress recycler – Reborn Products want to make a difference in the world by remanufacturing and up-cycling everyday products that would otherwise go to waste.

We want to:

• Change the culture of Take, Make & Throw Away to Take, Make & Remake
• Support a circular economy that stops reusable materials unnecessarily going to landfill
• Make a better environment for everybody

Based in Birstall (West Yorkshire), Reborn Products re-use, where possible, pre-loved products, by cleaning, renovating or upcycling them. Where this is not possible, we strip them back to their core components and re-process, upgrade or recycle them for use in various other industries.

We have just launched our own range of remanufactured mattresses, available in all popular sizes – single, double, king and super-king – with a variety of constructions – 3-Layered Foam, Open Coil Encapsulated [Memory Foam or Latex], Pocket Encapsulated [Memory Foam or Latex].

Our remanufactured mattresses use only the best bits of pre-loved mattresses. They are broken into their raw components, sanitised and re-flammability treated. They comply with all UK standards and legislation and save you 100s of pounds on the price of other brands. You also have the peace of mind of knowing that you are helping to safeguard the environment.

You’ll be amazed at the amount of new sustainable products we can manufacture from the deconstructed and separated components of pre-loved beds and mattresses, including divan bases, garden planters and even beauty treatment tables.
